With over sixteen years of experience under his belt, Dennis uses his in-depth understanding of bank credit approval processes, to focus on relationship centric business with clients and lenders. Dennis believes in reducing the carbon footprint of commercial buildings and has spearheaded many client fundings that focus on building green and finding sustainable energy savings for clients.

Each year, Dennis gives back to the community with donations environmental and health related causes like the Burnaby Hospital Foundation.

Outside of the office, Dennis spends time with his lovely wife, two boys, and two cats in Burnaby.

Waji is a seasoned commercial and real estate financing professional with 9 years of banking and finance experience. Prior to joining CT Green, he was a top performing RBC commercial banker where he worked for 4 years. Waji specialized in working with a number of supply chain businesses, diversified operating businesses, and real estate investors.

Waji moved to Canada from Pakistan to study at Western University in London, Ontario. He finished his Bachelors degree in Management and Organization Studies while majoring in Finance and subsequently completed his MBA in 2018 with Simon Fraser University.

Outside of the office, Waji and his wife love to travel all over the world, or sometime find them cheering on their Toronto Raptors or Arsenal teams.

Gurpreet has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. including 5 years of commercial and personal banking experience with two of the largest 5 banks in Canada. Additionally, Gurpreet has worked with financial research and consulting firms in India.
